口罩点焊机价格暴涨,市场怎么了???

“设备公司不遵守契约精神,不给我合同签订好的设备。”3月8日,江苏省的一家口罩企业负责人张勇(化名)对时代周报记者说,2月初和一家口罩机生产商签订的合同,现在只交付了4台,还剩一台不交付了。来的4台机器,质量也不好,电子元件、机械件的配合度一塌糊涂。


张勇原本计划多上五条生产线,扩大口罩产能,但如今化作泡影。“只能继续用原来的生产线了。”张勇无奈地说。


张勇的遭遇并非个案。时代周报记者了解到,目前的市场现状是,口罩机迟迟无法交付,交付了也达不到生产标准。

3月8日,广州春康生物科技有限公司相关负责人向时代周报记者表示,2月20日,公司以每台68万元的价格在赢合科技定了两台全自动口罩机,本来定了2月29号交付,后来拖到了3月4日,对方才给了一台半成品,而且还生产不出来。

他直言:“公司已经答应给政府和不少企业供给口罩,但口罩机的故障让我们焦头烂额。”

上述不愿具名的口罩厂员工告诉时代周报记者:“现在做机器的大多数都不专业,导致机器各种出问题,根本开不起来。”

梁天向时代周报记者表示,正常“一拖二”口罩机的产能在每分钟120个的量,但现在普遍是70个左右。

“疫情以来,转行做口罩机的企业很多都达不到理想效果;技术不到位,供应链也不到位,不少围绕口罩机的标准件都处于断货状态。”梁天直言。

3月8日,深圳市医疗器械行业协会副秘书长焦仪对时代周报记者表示,现在市面上部分供应商是在疫情后紧急开发、生产口罩生产线的。相较于以往一直在做口罩机的企业是“外行”,那么就一定会花更多的工时去做,生产速率也会受到影响。

7日,来自上海的口罩机调试员刘鑫(化名)告诉时代周报记者,口罩机的周期需要20多天的时间,需要加工、组装、检测等步骤,而且是十几个人配合生产。

9日,金太阳回复问询函称,疫情爆发后,口罩机需求快速增长,短期内能快速上岗的口罩机调试员数量相对短缺。受调试技术人员短缺、原材料配件供应紧张及安装调试工程复杂等因素影响,金太阳精密目前口罩机产能较为有限。

价格水涨船高

供需矛盾之下,口罩机现货价格疯狂上扬。

张勇告诉时代周报记者,自己订的机器比较早,在二月初的时候,5台一共160万元。但现在有口罩厂报价一台口罩机180万元,只要付款3天就可以拉走。

前文所述的广州春康生物科技有限公司相关负责人向时代周报记者表示,为了解决生产问题,公司曾花费了130万元,去四川提了一台口罩机。

3月4日,东莞市市场监督管理局发布文件提醒,各口罩机经营者严禁市场炒作、坐地起价、变相加价等行为,不得扰乱正常的市场价格秩序。

此外,口罩机调试是正常运行的保障,但调试人员稀缺,也成为口罩机无法正常运转的一大阻力。

调试员刘鑫向时代周报记者表示,完整的口罩机有很多零件,包括外购的气缸、电机还一些检测设备。这些元器件在第一次组装上的时候位置的偏差都会对产能造成影响,所以要经过不断地调试。

“缺人手,现在基本上忙不过来。”刘鑫说,在设备集中需求的阶段,对于人员的需求出现井喷,但人员流动性不行,所以人手比较紧缺。

焦仪也向时代周报记者表示:“现在专业调试员的人数,是不能够满足于现在增加的口罩机数量的。没有口罩自动化生产线调试经验的工程师,对口罩自动化生产线的调试也常常力不从心。”

“一般调试一台口罩机设备在3天左右的时间,调试员现在报价都在6万左右,技术高的开价10万一台。”梁天向时代周报记者坦言,连调试员的酬劳也水涨船高。




供应链、技术、人员等问题的环绕,使得一些企业开始“谨慎”起来。

3月4日,金太阳在互动平台称,目前,受加工程度复杂、零配件供应、调机环节缺少有经验技术人员等因素限制,公司控股子公司口罩机产能有限,订单的交付难以达到预期效果。

不过,焦仪认为未来会有转机:“随着产业链的有序恢复和政府调控措施的出台,口罩机市场出现的种种问题慢慢会有好转的。”

The employees of the mask factory that did not want to be named told the Times reporter: "Most of the machines now are not professional, which leads to various problems with the machine and cannot be turned on at all."

Liang Tian told the Times reporter that the capacity of a normal "one-for-two" mask machine is 120 per minute, but now it is generally around 70.

The problems surrounding supply chain, technology, and personnel have caused some companies to start to "be cautious."
